DO WE SHIP OUR WINES?
Unfortunately, no, we do not ship our wine at this moment.
DO I NEED A RESERVATION?
No, we love walk-ins. If you do have a large group, we would appreciate you filling out our group tasting form or calling ahead.
DO YOU SERVE FOOD?
Yes, we have a fun variety of charcuterie boards and boxes available.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
Absolutely, we are family friendly.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Absolutely, we allow pets to visit. They can enjoy our seated patio area with their humans. We do ask that pets be kept outside unless they are a service animal.
DO YOU ACTUALLY GROW GRAPES?
We do! We encourage our gets to walk around the vineyard and experience the agriculture. Learn more about our grape varietals and Aronia Berry Plants grown onsite.

Blendings Experience
Mix and Taste a Personal Creation
With help from our Winemaker and knowledgeable staff, visitors get the opportunity to micro-blend a bottle of wine. The experience is intended to be a “hands-on” learning opportunity for customers to have fun with friends and family while indulging in their passion for wine.
During the 2 hour session you’ll sample five varieties of wines, learn, and take notes on which of the samples appeal to you and why. Blending two or three will ultimately result in a taste that excites you and gives you a wine A-HA! That special blend becomes your personal recipe that you can bottle.
Blendings Experience Includes
- 5 samples of wine
- Charcuterie
- A bottle to take home of your custom blend.
And of course, lots of fun and education while learning, and sampling a variety of wines.

Blendings is located in the countryside northwest of Fort Collins, Colorado.
The winery sits on The Hillside Vineyard property, a popular wedding and event venue. The property inspires a feeling of being secluded in nature despite being only minutes from downtown Fort Collins. A small vineyard of Frontenac Blanc grapes are planted on the property. We invite you out to see these beautiful yellow and gold berries. They produce a very light straw colored wine and lend themselves to a semi-sweet wine flavor. In addition to our Frontenac Blanc vines, we also have vineyard of grapes and hedges of Aronia. The Aronia berry is native to Poland and exhibits a dark purple berry that is packed with antioxidants and health benefits. Both fruits are utilized to make wine, jams and jellies.
Blendings provides customers with a unique opportunity to experience high quality wines that have been produced by established wineries throughout the United States. With help from our Winemaker, a visitor gets the opportunity for one hour to personally micro-blend, bottle, and custom label their individual blend of wine that is personalized for their palate and preferences. The experience is intended to be a “hands on” learning opportunity for customers to have fun with friends and family while indulging in their passion for wine.
