The Hillside Vineyard is a Colorado wedding venue designed for couples who want both indoor and outdoor celebration spaces. We are a family-owned vineyard venue designed to give couples a private, beautiful, and flexible wedding experience.
Couples love the venue because it offers:
• Vineyard views and open outdoor ceremony spaces
• 12 hours of private space – you will be our only wedding that day
• A large indoor reception hall with high ceilings
• Flexible layouts and customizable packages
• Built-in wedding infrastructure (tables, chairs, linens)
• A dedicated venue team experienced in hosting weddings
Our goal is to provide a stunning setting while making the planning process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
The Hillside Vineyard can accommodate up to 150 guests indoors and offers beautiful outdoor ceremony spaces overlooking the vineyard.
Our indoor reception hall provides plenty of room for dinner, dancing, and celebrations in any weather.
Our packages include many of the essential items couples need, including:
• Farm tables or round tables
• White resin chairs
• Cocktail tables
• Buffet tables
• Black linens where needed
• Two private getting-ready suites
• Venue staff for setup assistance
• Post-event cleaning
Booking is simple:
Schedule a tour of the venue
Choose your preferred date
Sign the venue agreement
Submit the $1,500 booking fee
Once completed, your wedding date will be officially reserved.
We understand planning takes time. While we don’t hold dates, you can make your first payment “booking fee” $1,500 and then take you time selecting your package. The booking fee is separate and allows you to block your date and start the planning process
Beginning with the 2027 wedding season, The Hillside Vineyard requires all couples to hire a professional Day-of Coordinator for their event.
A Day-of Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring your wedding runs smoothly. They manage the timeline, coordinate with vendors, assist with ceremony flow, and handle any day-of logistics so you and your family can fully enjoy the celebration.
While our venue team is onsite to support the property and venue operations, a dedicated coordinator focuses specifically on your event details and guest experience.
Couples are welcome to hire the coordinator of their choice, and we are happy to provide a preferred vendor list of experienced coordinators who are familiar with The Hillside Vineyard.
Absolutely. All of our layouts are fully customizable. Tables, ceremony locations, cocktail areas, and reception layouts can all be adjusted to match your vision.
You are welcome to bring in your own vendors. However, we do provide a preferred vendor list of professionals who are familiar with the venue and consistently provide excellent service.
We do everything we can to keep your wedding outdoors. We can change around day of timeline to try and avoid the rainstorm but if this is not a possibility or the rain does not subside, we can host dinner and ceremony in our indoor event space.
We understand pets are part of the family. Four legged family members are welcome at our venue. Pets must be cared for by a designated handler other than the wedding party.
