Pricing is simple: start with a $1,500 booking fee to reserve your date. From there, choose the Build Your Own option or step into one of our All-Inclusive Packages for a seamless, stress-free experience.
Our $1,500 booking fee secures your wedding date and officially begins the planning process with The Hillside Vineyard.
We understand there are many big decisions ahead, so this initial payment allows you to lock in your date while still giving you time to finalize your package choice. By separating this step, we make it easier to reserve your place on our calendar without pressure, ensuring peace of mind as you move forward in your planning journey.
Our Build Your Own Package is perfect for couples who want full creative control over their wedding day. This package includes a private 12-hour venue rental and coordination support, while allowing you to hand-select every vendor to fit your style and budget. It’s the ideal choice for those who want maximum flexibility and a completely personalized experience.

Beer/Wine: You may purchase the beer/wine only package at your final walk through for $20.00 per person, based on the final guest count. This package includes all beer, wine, and soda that we carry. Guests may purchase all other drinks.
Beer/Wine/Signature Cocktails: A fun variety for you and your guests. $30 per person, based on final guest count. This package includes your choice of 2 beers, 2 house wine selections, and 2 signature cocktails.
Champagne Toast: You may purchase champagne toast for $2.00 per person, based on the final guest count. This includes the champagne (served from the bar), and champagne flutes (set up at each place setting at the guest tables).
Wine Pour: A fun option to add elegance to your dinner. Have our staff pour wine for your guests table side. All wines are from our house wine menu and upgraded glassware is provided. $9 per person
Full Bar: Select from wells, calls or premium for mixed drinks. Prices for full bar selections are priced per drink and can be hosted bar or cash bar options.
Frozen Bar: Select a variety of fun and frozen wine or margarita options. $500 for the machine plus two flavors of drinks. $150 per refill. Enjoy fun flavors like sangria, frozé, peach Bellini, watermelon just to name a few.
No Bar: If you choose to have a dry event, there is a $1500.00 charge added to the venue rental. Non-alcoholic drinks served from the bar by our servers are included in this charge. (water, soda, lemonade, choice of iced tea or coffee)
Mocktails: Get creative and fun with a non-alcoholic mocktail menu. You may purchase the mocktail drink package for $4.00 per person, based on the final guest count.
18% gratuity will be added to bar packages. We have the right to refuse service to any guest or attendee at the event.
2026 and 2027 Venue Rental Fee is $7,800.
We do everything we can to keep your wedding outdoors. We can change around day of timeline to try and avoid the rainstorm but if this is not a possibility or the rain does not subside, we can host dinner and ceremony in our indoor event space.
We do not place holds on the space. A signed contract with the initial payment is required to block out the date.
If you are renting the venue for a Build Your Own wedding, The Hillside Vineyard does not provide couples with any planning services. You do receive 2 hours of coordination for the day of timeline. The Hillside Vineyard does provide you with a Venue Manager for your wedding day to serve as a liaison and representative to the venue. All-Inclusive packages do include more coordination and planning services.

We understand pets are part of the family. Four legged family members are welcome at our venue. Pets must be cared for by a designated handler other than the wedding party.
Yes! If you choose the Build Your Own Wedding package you can choose any vendor you would like. They must be approved by our coordination team. We do have recommendations for all vendors for your convenience. Our all inclusive wedding packages have provided vendors but some flexibility and customization is always available.
No. There is no administration fee onto of the venue fee or vendor fee.
The booking fee allows you to sign the contract and begin the wedding planning process with our coordinators.
