BAR PACKAGE OPTIONS

Unlimited Non-Alcoholic Drinks: You may purchase the non-alcoholic drink package for $2.00 per person, based on the final guest count.(water, soda, lemonade, choice of iced tea or coffee)

Champagne Toast: You may purchase champagne toast for $1.00 per person, based on the final guest count. This includes the champagne (served from the bar), and champagne flutes (set up at each place setting at the guest tables).

Beer/Wine only: You may purchase the beer/wine only package at your final walk through for $20.00 per person, based on the final guest count. This package includes all beer, wine, and soda that we carry. Guests may purchase all other drinks.

Full Bar: You may purchase the full bar package at your final walk through for $30.00 per person, based on the final guest count. This package includes all beer, wine, spirits, and soda that we carry. No shots or doubles will be allowed.

No Bar: If you choose to have a dry event, there is a $1500.00 charge added to the venue rental. Non-alcoholic drinks served from the bar by our Bartender are included in this charge. 18% gratuity will be added to the beer/wine or full bar package. We have the right to cut people off if necessary.

Leave the excellence to us! Let our expert team take care of the planning. The Classic packages includes the private venue space for 12 hours, a 2-entree buffet meal, cupcake dessert, DJ, officiant, photographer and fresh cut flowers for the wedding party, full service event staff and a non-alcoholic drink package. Everything you need up to 100 guests!

If you would like a stress-free wedding the hillside vineyard can provide all of the amenities of the classic wedding plus and upgraded food menu, videographer and floral decorations for the table.!

How Much is the Venue?

2024-2025 Venue Rental Fees($1,500 deposit)

Peak Season (April - October)

Monday – Thursday -> $6,500

Friday + Sunday -> $7,000

Saturday -> $7,800

Off-Peak Season (November- March)

Any Day -> $5,500

What is the Rain Plan?

We do everything we can to keep your wedding outdoors. We can change around day of timeline to try and avoid the rainstorm but if this is not a possibility or the rain does not subside, we can host dinner and ceremony in our indoor event space.

Can We Do A Date Hold?

We do not place holds on the space. A signed contract with the initial payment is required to block out the date.

Am I Required to Have A Wedding Planner?

If you are renting the venue for a DIY wedding, The Hillside Vineyard does not provide couples with any planning services. The Hillside Vineyard does provide you with a Venue Manager for Day of Coordination to serve as a liaison and representative to the venue. All-Inclusive packages do include wedding planning services.

What is Your Maximum Capacity?

150 people

What is Your Pet Policy?

We understand pets are part of the family. Four legged family members are welcome at our venue. Pets must be cared for by a designated handler other than the wedding party.

Can I Hire any Vendors I Want to Work with?

Yes! If you choose the DIY Wedding package you can choose any vendor you would like. They must be approved by our management team 60 days prior to working your wedding. We do have recommendations for all vendors for your convenience. Our all inclusive wedding packages have provided vendors but some flexibility and customization is always available.
